Galley Gourmet Recipe Contest

For five years we have featured some great Galley Gourmet recipes from guest chefs and from boaters around the country. One thing for sure, there are some great dishes being prepared on boats. Of course what’s boating without great food and drinks, right?

We’re looking for some great new recipes to feature in our Galley Gourmet section
and we would like to feature your favorite recipe.

Just e-mail us your favorite recipe with:

* Name of the recipe, ingredients and preparation directions.
   Photo of the finished dish
   Also tell us about yourself, what type of boat you have and where you enjoy
   your boating. Hey, might as well have someone snap a picture of you to go along
   with the dish.

By the way, we don’t have a huge budget but if we use your recipe we
will send you $50 bucks. That should buy a few steaks and a six pack.
